Whether you may have questions or concerns about mental health; concern for a friend; need help accessing mental health resources on or off campus; seek a first-point-of-contact for those in need, such as a quiet place to catch your breath or centre yourself; a place to come have your story, experiences and yourself heard, or even just a place to come have a chat with some of your peers, make connections, play some games and have a cup of tea!
Our trained volunteers are passionate about promoting mental health and self-care in a positive way as we all fight the stigma around mental health.
We are your peers – we are here to listen to you and offer you completely confidential, non-judgemental and empathetic support while we all navigate the rollercoaster of student life!
Drop-in sessions are from Mondays – Thursdays, 11 am – 3:30 pm. Come say hi!
