  • To enter this meeting, you must:

    • be a registered undergraduate student

    • use your UVic account to sign in.

Make sure to sign in using your UVic Teams account, even on browser, to ensure you get in. Any non-UVic Teams account/sign-in will not be allowed to join the meeting.

🖥️ On your computer: will allow both Teams on browser and Teams app to join.

📱On your phone: will only allow the Teams app to join. If you’re using a mobile device, make sure to download the Teams app.

If you join on browser and are not immediately let in, you might not be signed into your UVic account. Make sure to click the sign in button (as seen below) so that you enter the meeting!

Make sure you are signed into your UVic account or you will not be let in!

STEP 2: All current registered undergraduate students in good standing should be automatically entered into the Teams meeting, so feel free to wait, browse the agenda, and look at the items on the welcome slide!
