The Peer Support Centre & The Office of Student Life present: The Wellness Space!

The Wellness Space offers students a safe place to decompress, featuring drop-in art, social and self-care activities to promote individual wellness and mindfulness.

These activities include: painting; origami; knitting and crochet; drawing and sketching; colouring; card games and diverse monthly workshops lead by art professionals and community members. Plus, snacks and refreshments!

The Wellness Space is open EVERY Friday in Student Union Building room B028 (in the basement across from A.V.P.) from 11 am – 3:00 pm.

Come join our friendly and inviting volunteers who are eager to promote mental health through engaging self-care and community social activities!
