The Peer Support Centre & The Office of Student Life present The Wellness Space!

The Wellness Space is a safer space featuring independent, drop-in, self-care activities to promote individual wellness and mindfulness.

These self-care activities include: fun art projects such as finger-painting; arts & crafts; scrapbooking; drawing; writing; colouring; sketching; and diverse drop-in sessions lead by art professionals and community members.

Feel free to even just come in for a cup of tea and a chat!

The Wellness Space is open EVERY Friday in the Peer Support Centre (SUB B035) from 11 am – 3:00 pm beginning September 27th!

Come join our friendly, trained, and kind volunteers who are eager to promote the importance of mental health through engaging self-care activities!
