Campus Kickoff (CKO) is the UVSS’ annual back-to-school event that takes place during the first week of classes in September. This year, CKO is taking place from Tuesday, September 8 to Friday, September 11.
Over 4 days, we’re showcasing musicians, offering free food, showing a free movie in the quad, and more. Don’t miss out on the chance to meet other students, get FREE SWAG, and see what the UVSS and our partners have to offer.
All events are FREE and will be unforgettable.

Free Pancake Breakfast | 8am-10:30am
Let’s start September strong with a FREE piping hot plate of pancakes! From 8:00 – 10:30, enjoy our fresh-made pancakes courtesy of your UVSS Board of Directors. Just follow the aroma of freshly flipped pancakes and the groovy tunes supplied by CFUV.

We’ve got an amazing lineup coming together for you this year: three days of performances from talented artists in the Victoria scene! From noon till 5 PM, the campus will come alive with infectious beats, creating the ultimate back to school experience.

We’ll be blowing up a giant inflatable screen to make a popup theater under the stars! On September 4 we’ll be showing Shrek 2.
We’re handing out popcorn in exchange for a donation to the UVSS Food Bank. So, not only will you get a tasty snack, but you’ll be helping to support fellow students. Don’t forget some nonperishable food items or bring a monetary donation!
