Naloxone is a medication that counters the effects of an opioid overdose and can save lives. We need more community members to be prepared to support someone experiencing an overdose.

Campus Kickoff (CKO) is a week-long festival that brings the UVic community together to celebrate new beginnings, new friendships, and everything that makes campus life unforgettable. Whether you’re stepping onto campus for the first time or returning for another incredible year, CKO is your invitation to dive into the energy, excitement, and spirit at UVic!
For one unforgettable week, campus transforms into a festival filled with live music, interactive experiences, free food, games, giveaways, pop-up activities, and vibrant spaces to explore. Discover student clubs and services, connect with local organizations, meet fellow students, and soak up the atmosphere as the entire campus comes alive.
No matter what you’re into, there’s something waiting for you around every corner. Expect big moments, hidden gems, spontaneous surprises, and plenty of opportunities to make memories from day one.
