With the upcoming federal election on the horizon, now is the perfect time to get informed and engaged.

You’re invited to a Meet the Candidates tabling event, where you can connect directly with your federal election candidates in Victoria, Saanich – Gulf Islands and Esquimalt – Saanich – Sooke. Join us Wednesday April 9th from 12-3 at the SUB to ask questions, and learn more about the issues that matter to you.

Whether you’re a first-time voter or a seasoned participant, this is a great opportunity to hear where candidates stand on issues important to you.

Need help getting ready to vote?
The UVSS will be on-site tabling with materials to help you get ready to cast your ballot. We can help you register, find party platforms and connect you with voting stations in your area. Final voting day is April 28th across the country, and we want you to feel as confident as possible when you cast or mail in your ballot. 

Where to vote?

Vote on campus at the Student Union Building from April 13th-16th. Find more information about hours and other polling stations near you at elections.ca. If you live out of province, make sure to apply for a mail-in ballot before the deadline on April 22nd.
