September 24 – Boundary setting
Many of us struggle with boundary setting in our daily lives. You may wonder what boundaries are, or how to set them in a way that allows you to live a healthy and balanced life.
During Sexualized Violence Awareness Week – Let’s Talk About Boundaries: Recognizing, Creating, and Celebrating Boundaries, the Peer Support Centre and ReThink Mental Health Campaign are excited to organize a peer-led workshop to help you gain the skills to recognize and create your own boundaries, to celebrate your boundaries and the boundaries of others!
These workshops are led by fellow students on topics chosen by students.
Join us in the SUB Upper Lounge, on the following Fridays from 3-4pm:
- September 24 – Boundary Setting
- October 15 – Helping friends who are dealing with mental illness
- November 19 – Overcoming imposter syndrome
- December 3 – Stress buster
You can expect food, conversation, and skill-building in a peer-led environment.
Hope to see you there!
